About Us:
Steve and Debbie Thomas welcome you to our traditional country pub located in the Peak District village of Biggin-by-Hartington. Adjacent to the Tissington Trail, we offer a wide selection of Real Ale, lagers, wines, and other drinks. For the hungry, we cook a variety of "Home cooked and hearty" meals, as well as bar food, perfect for a meal out or a quick snack. Those visiting the area can book into our camping ground, which boasts hard-standing for tourers and electric hook-ups.

We are at the heart of our community with currently 7 teams playing darts, dominoes and pool, and also put on quizzes, live music and other events.

So, come along for a warm welcome, sit in front of our log fire and enjoy good beer and good food. We look forward to seeing you.

"went here Wednesday night for a family meal and it was the best meal we have had while out in ages.the food was fantastic especially the gluten free options. both my mum and i are gluten intolerant and we both thoroughly enjoyed all that we had especially the gluten free syrup sponge pudding best we've had in ages. will be making a visit here again in the future. great food and the staff were very friendly"
