The new owners are truly committed to sourcing locally. This is to ensure only high quality fully traceable ingredients are used in our dishes. As such our suppliers are as follows: Meat from Redfearns Butchers of Buxton. Vegetables: Tomsons of Buxton, Fish: RG Morris of Buxton, Other Items: Holdsworths of Derbyshire. We profess not to be the cheapest and that's because good quality ingredients cost more to produce and more to procure. We don't serve unsustainable tasteless meat that is 'cooked' on mass! Instead we try to serve good quality food that is individually cooked with care. Many of our dishes are available as gluten free on request (GFA)
Burgers available all day, wraps and ciabattas until 5pm. All meat for our burgers is sourced locally.
